Setting the default for PDF only worked really well until the Windows 10 anniversary update. We have tried changing the default PDF handler in Windows, with variable results. At the moment it means resetting the photocopiers several times a week when someone's printed from Edge our Photos, despite us putting signs up at every photocopier and sent several emails about it. This is worse however, as anyone who has jobs in the queue after a job has crashed the SHARP photocopier will lose all their print jobs. At first we thought it was only related to PDF's as we used to have a similar issue with the native PDF reader in Windows 8. We've been battling this issue for the last few months too and it's getting very frustrating, looks like we have a very similar setup. Let me know if you can print from alternative programs and if the above solution helps.

Is there another spot I should be looking that might help? I followed this Microsoft tech page when delegating permissions: I've gone through with a test domain user account and added max rights on the printer and on the print server with no such luck. So my next step is to figure out and add whatever print permissions that the Administrator account has to our users so they can print. If the printer is installed as a local printer, it prints without issue. If a domain admin prints, such as Administrator then the job goes through. If a normal domain user prints, the printer crashes In my testing I have found the following: This can happen a few times a day which is very annoying to say the least. IT needs to go into print queue and clear it. When users print from these apps to the Sharp copier it causes the job to hang and crashes the print spooler which prevents anyone else from printing. We have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now our users are having issues printing PDF's from Edge and photos with the Windows 10 photo app to our Sharp MX-5111N. So I have been dealing with this issue for the past month and I feel I am close to an answer.
